have i had a missed miscarriage?

hi everyone,

i hope someone can maybe shed a little light on my situation or maybe you have a similar experience. I last had my period 24th october and have found out i am preganant. I had my scan about 10days ago and nothing showed up so i had an internal scan which still wasnt successful. I did another test there which came up positive so they asked me to come back in 10days,when i was having internal scan they had alot of fluid?what does this mean,and could i have had a missed miscariage as i have had some cramping but no bleeding?
I would be grateful for any advice x

i know when i had my missed miscarriage the scan showed what looked to be a lot of fluid too, it sounds like it's quite possible it is a missed miscarriage, i had a scan at 6 weeks which showed just a sac and then 2 weeks later just a scan of fluid. i opted for a d&c the next day, wait for your next scan just to be doubly sure, best of luck to you x
