have i miscarried?

im zoe, im 2 month pregnant, i had my first scan last thursday and everything was fine, the heartbeat etc... then yesterday at 8.20pm i started to bleed, erm spot bleed so i phoned nhs direct, after i got off the fone, i went to get ready to go to the hospital and there was abit more blood after that there is only blood on the tissue after ive been to the toilet, and now im no long bleeding. so i bleed for less than 24 hours,  have i miscarried?? im only 21 and this is my first baby, im terrified. i have a scan in the morning to find out, but im that worried, im asking anyone who has an opinion to help me please

Some spotting can be normal in early pregnancy, so I would try not to stress to much until you know something more. I am sorry this is worrying you so much and I wish I could give you a definite answer, but all you can do is wait. Try and relax, I know easier said then done, and remain as stress free as possible. I'll be praying for you and remember to keep us posted.

the same thing happened to me.im so sorry your going through this its horrible.i REALLY hope your baby is ok. just try and relax and get some rest.

ive been to the hospital for my scan, i got good news and bad news... my baby is still there with a heart beat but the sack is collasaping, they dont know if its because of the blood around it or not.. just told me to have plenty of bed rest and another scan in 2 weeks. that with there being a heart beat there is a 85-97% chance of the pregnancy carrying on.
