hcg increasing slowly

hi,
can someone please give us some light, by my dates i should be 7 weeks pregnant i had a positive test aweek after my period was due, the day after i had a 24 hour bleed but only on wiping, i assumed i had lost again  but tested 5 days later and it was stronger. did a digital test and it said 1-2 weeks from conception repeated the next day and it said 2-3 weeks from conception. i've had 3 normal pregnancy's but 4 miscarriages this year(very early 3-5week gestations) had bloods on thursday hcg levels were 311 had scan on friday nothing was seen. had more bloods on saturday and hcg level was 367. having more bloods on monday. am i miscarrying again or am i worrying for nothing. with previous miscarriage hcg levels have reached 25 at the very highest . i feel pregnant but trying to deny it as i dont think i can take much more, nausea heartburn tiredness and the white discharge. sorry for so much detail.

would apreciate someones opinion

If your hCG level has doubled by Monday, I would be encouraged.  The fact that they did not double between Thursday and Saturday is not a positive sign, but it is still possible that they could pick up.

As long as your levels are rising, I would try and stay positive. Has your doctor said anything about your levels? I will keep you and your baby in my thoughts and prayers.

the sister on the unit said if they go up by 10 it's the same as decreasing, when i see the doctor with the results i said it hadn't doubled he wasn't concerned! i asked was it all over and he said no. he said it may be a very early pregnancy
so i really dont know what to think

i am so worried as i have had 4 natural miscarriages already this year.

I would try to hold on to what the doctor says. The worst thing you could do now is stress yourself out, which is not good for you or the baby. I know your fear, I had a miscarriage last year and am now 20 weeks along and still get scared at times. I'm sorry you are going through this and I really do hope all turns out well for you and your baby.

just a quick update my levels went down by 8 i am at home waiting  to miscarrie.
as this is now my 5th miscarriage they are waiting for my hcg to be as close to 0 to do a genetic blood test on both of us even though we already have 3 children together.

this is my 5th miscarriage but previously it's happened, but waiting for it to happen is the worse feeling ever.

i keep going to the loo but nothing has started.
