i had a misscarriage on 2/4/07 i naver had a period following this and had a positive test on 8/5/07 i went to the doc on 9/5/07 she done a hcg blood test,the result came back today that my hcg level is 509 the doctor told me i may be having a multiple pregnancy,or that when i misscarried imay have been carrying twins and lost one or that i lost the baby and not the placentaAnatomy of a normal placenta Placenta Placenta abruptio Placenta previa Ultrasound, normal placenta - braxton hicks Ultrasound, normal relaxed placenta they call this a molar pregnancy,i am booked in for a scan in the early pregnancy unit for mon or tues next week but i am now really worried,i have had a twin pregnancy before and lost one i have had seven misscarriages and i have four girls i dont think i can carry boys what is a nomal hcg level and should i be worried
I take it you had a natural mc? Did they do a follow up to be sure all tissue had passed? Did they check hcg after mc to be sure was falling? If not, did you ever take an hpt and get a neg result after mc?
