heart burn and tierdness

im bout 4 and half weeks pregnant. at 1st i was feeling sick and bein sick for couple of days nw that ha stopped but ive got really bad heart burn and so tierd and very very moddy is this normal at this stage? im worried somthing might b wrong as dont really feel pregnant

What do you mean you don't feel pg?  Moody, tired and heartburn all very common symptoms of being pg.  :)

Don't worry.. all very normal.  For the heartburn you can take tums... and maybe some other things but you should talk to your OB before taking any meds.  

I had heartburn very early during my previous pregnancy and it lasted the whole pg and got incredibly intense.  I ended up having to take daily medication for it, but as I said, I would take anything unless you clear it with your dr first.
