heavy bleeding

I had a c-section about 7 weeks ago, I just having my first menstrual cycle and it is extremly heavy going thur about a pad a hour should I be worried.

Any time you are going through a pad in an hour, call your doctor.  He or she may tell you it is all right, but that is a lot of bleeding.  If it has not stopped yet, I would see if you can get checked even if it means going to the ER.  You don't want to get dizzy and pass out, especially when you are taking care of a baby.
