help! In desperate search of a great middle name!

hello everyone!  I am dying to find a great middle name for our daughter who will be here in just over a month!  Her name is Leah __ Jones.  We were going to go with Erin, which is my sister's middle name, but something just doesnt fit with it for me!  Here are my ideas and please offer opinions and suggestions!

My sister (who I wanted to have a part in it) likes Leah Katherine... I just don't think I feel that either!  I'm trying and she's pressing it but it's not there yet!  So here goes:

I always add the Jones at the end because sometimes, things just dont sound right with it.  It's such a common name and I don't want her name to be... common NOR do I want it to be particularly eccentric.

I like the names Madison and Addison but they are getting a little common... I know it's just a middle name... I'm SO frustrated!  I just have this feeling she's going to come earlier than we expect... and I wont have anything ready... not even her name!

Geez,  I cant even come up with a first name..LOL!!  I like Leah Isabel.  I think its very pretty.  Grayce is a pretty name too.

I always had names picked out when I was younger, but now it's like they just aren't cute or they are too common! I would suggest Ann or Marie, but I do like the Isabelle

If it were me - and it isn't - I'd avoid Madison or Addison - I work in preschool and there are WAY too many little girls with those names and I can only imagine what kindergarten will be like  - half the class will be some form of Madison, Addison, Emma and Emily.  argh - lol

I'm totally leaning with Isabelle which is why it's listed first.  My DH likes it best on mylist but he likes Leah Bridget best on his list.  My sister is the same way... of all my names she likes Leah Isabelle if I don't go with Leah Katherine.

She also likes Leah Grayce-- which someone suggested!

I noticed you said you work with preschoolers......Im glad you mentioned the popular name thing.  We were thinking of Madelyn or Emily for our DD but now Im going to stay away from them.  Im thinking Madelyn is as popular as Maddison?   I knew Emily was popular and I dont want that.  My other dd's names are Hayley and Audrey....not that common.

hate to be the joy killer - we have four Haylies and we have six Isabelle/Isabellas.  We even have one Nevaeh.  My favorite though - we have a little girl named Elliotte.  Only one - and the unique name suits her personality to a T  - she is personality plus!

I like Leah Brianne or Leah Grace. I think they flow well.:) I'm big on the name Brielle righ now too...that would be cute with Leah also.

A friend of mine has  a Melia (muh-leah) and her middle name is Elizabeth.

I also like the name Claire. My aunt wanted so badly to name their daughter Ava Claire but my uncle HATED it! lol Men are wierdos.

Ruby....I love the name Melia....so pretty.  Ive never heard of that before.  Its kind of like Emily but different.  I love the name Ruby....I know its your dogs name but its sooooo cute.  LOL!

No worries - I don't mind you picking my brain - what there is of it left - just hate to comment on names and offend anyone who loves a particular name.  I think if you love the name, use it.  As for Madelyn - we have several.  Not one Claire tho - that's such a pretty classic kind of name.  If you want to pick my brain more, you are more then welcome too - just send to my email if you want - ***@****  Like I said, hate to comment too much on names in a public forum since I don't want to offend anyone

I love Leah Jayne and have brought it up several times.  They just think the J sound is redundant with Jones.  Leah Jayne Jones.  
I also really like Leah Morgan but it is my DH's neices first name... she's only 4.  We talked about using it anyway but I don't want to step on any toes.

I like Brianne the best, but I am really no help...I am having a hard time settling on a name myself! As for Madelyn, that is my daughter's name and I love it. It is not as popular where I am, and even if it were, I wouldn't have it any other way. This name fits my daughter to a T. I couldn't picture her w/ any other name. Madison is much more common here actually, I hear it all the time. I say if you like a name, go for it.

Isn't it funny how we have one of the top three most common last names in the US, yet its is hard as heck to match a name with it? Growing up, I swore my daughter would be Isabella Grace, low and behold 15 years later and EVERYONE has named their daughter that. When I was pg with my last, I swore if it were to be a girl she would be Evelyn Rose as it woudl honor both my grandmother (Evelyn) and my dh's late grandmother Ella Rose. But alas, no such luck, I had three boys:

Jonathan Avery (dh instisted our first born follow the JJ pattern in his family)
Tristan Asa
Clayton Jack (CJ)

As you can tell, we like older, classic names. My poor oldest boy is going to get teased now that everyone is using his middle name as a girl name. Good thing he is a big kid, no one would be dumb enough to tease the class giant!!

With Leah I would avoid anything but a classic name to keep the flow. I don't know why, but I cringe when I hear a classic name paired with an unusual name (my friend named her last son Dylan Storm and now she regrets it!) or another friend name her daughter River Marie, which is just odd to me. But then again, I also knew a poor kid name Valley Forrest McCracken.

But I digress...

Anyway, I am sure you will find the perfect name for her. When you look at her, you will just know in your heart. BTW, I am partial to Katherine or Kate. Watch the common ones, in my grade school over half had the middle name Marie. I was the odd gal out with Leigh but I appreciated being a little different. Grace is a big one to avoid, very popular right now.
