Calm down honey, yer gonna give yourself a heart attack. First of all, just some information on the pill... it doesn't matter WHAT pill you're on, it can NEVER guarantee to the exact date. Some more girly info for you is that a woman's period is NEVER EXACTLY on time. All types of things could effect a womans cycle... stress could make it come early, come late, last longer or even skip itself. Don't panic, well not yet anyway. Find out when her NEXT cycle is and if she doesn't have one then, then you can panic. But honestly, she may just be stressed... oh, and I've gotten pregnant 2 times on the pill... I was religiously taking them and I was on "the strongest" too... my ass... well just for YOUR protection, if you're not ready for kids, use something for yourself. IE condom. She may forget one day or do it late or whatever... then there's no guarantee... there's a guarantee if you use a condom, yanno? Good luck hon.
Thanks a lot for the advice, guess i'll just stop worrying (which is a lot easier said than done) , and i will be using a condom from now on - the appeal of being able to not use one was just a little strong to keep myself from - took another test today (thursday) came up negative , so i'm still in the clear but the period has still not started so i'm also still in the dark - i really appreciate your help , don't know how much i appreciate the stories of getting pregnant twice on the pill hah , but hopefully i'll make it through this . One way or another . thanks again
FYI, NO form of protection is 100%.
There have even been cases where women have conceived after having surgery to block ovulation ("tubes tied").
