help red bumps on my kid

so my daughter is almost 2 and i noticed when she came back from spending time with her dad she had red bumps all over her back they're starting to go all over her body she says they hurt her and i really dont know what  they are i wanna take her to the doctor again but they told me last time its just a heat rash i dont think it is cuz its still not gone and its been there for a little less then a week please help.

If she has had it for that long then I would definitely make another appt to see her dr, especially since she says they hurt.  A heat rash should not hurt.  You might even want to ask her doctor about the possibility of it being a strep rash.  If it is a strep rash, that can be contageous.  I am not a dr and I can not see the rash so I could not say for sure what she has but I would definitely recommend takng her back to the dr.  Good luck and I hope she gets better soon.
