You can go get some kits at walgreen, Walmart etc. they detect your lh surge which when it's at the highest you baby dance (sex) its best to hold off on have sex until you reach your peak days so the sperm is more stronger and reaches the eggs better. You can drink green tea it will make you more fertile.

You should calculate your ovulation and 'get busy' during your fertile days. there are apps on the Windows phone market you can get for this :) although those kits sound more official.
