Well, all you have to do is stimulate her breastmilk production again. Start sucking on her nipples, have a pump, person, or baby do it and her breastmilk will start again. Women's bodies stop breastfeeding if it is not being used, so just start again. Keep the baby on a diet with breast milk and bottle milk. Both are good, if the mother is on any medication or eating something that the baby reacts to, this can make him/her sick. Make sure if she is taking anything that it doesn't produce in her breastmilk.

Hi,
I had a similar problem with jaundice and low milk supply with my daughter.
I took fenugreek and blessed thistle supplements, B complex vitamins, ate oatmeal daily and protein at every meal, drank lots of water and one non-alcoholic beer a day, and rested as much as possible.  For fenugreek, I read that the way to make sure you're taking enough is if you start to smell like fenugreek.
Let the baby nurse often- that will increase the milk supply.  If you can rent a hospital grade pump, immediately after nursing pump for 10-15 minutes: even if no milk comes out, it will stimulate more milk production.
I made sure my daughter was getting enough milk by having her weighed at the clinic every week.  As long as she was gaining a little weight, I didn't worry too much.
There are medicines that will increase milk supply, but I don't know anything about them.
I hope this helps, and good for you for being so supportive of the mother and baby!

There is also a medicine sometimes prescribed, called domperidone.  It won't take the place of pumping, though.

thx a lot for supporting me, we hve pump at home but right now its just use less. coz child's mom is so upset and she thinks that now she is not able to produce milk. so we though for medicine.even we all family member wants that baby get breast feed coz its good for baby as well as for mother also.

PS: in first month mother has lot and lots of milk, but due to to not feed the child its gone

I can understand her feeling so upset, plus she is still dealing with postpartum hormones which can make everything seem much worse.  Maybe she could just nurse the baby after he is well fed with formula and just wants to suckle.  That way, the pressure to produce milk is gone, yet they can still have the closeness of nursing, and the stimulation just might restart her production.  I wouldn't pressure her to do it, though- just give her the idea and let her decide.  Even some adoptive mothers can produce milk if there is enough stimulation, and a baby does it better than any pump.  Best wishes!
