Do you use a dishwasher to wash your baby's cup's or bottles.   My doctor told me sometimes the dishwashing liquid doesn't get rinsed completely and can cause diareah

hey there,
Have you talked to your Ped. about this?? She should see a doctor right away.. Anytime a baby is sick more then 5 days I would go see their doctor.. Anything could be causing her to get sick like this.. A friend of mine that has a 10 month old recently found out shes allergic to cows milk.. and thats what was causing her upset tummy.. Just make a appt. with the ped and talk to them about it.. Let us all know what happens.. and hope she gets well soon!

Have they ruled out RSV or whatever it is?????   That is something you could look into as well.  That is suppose to be really serious I thought.   I agree with Chloe if this has gone on for 2 weeks it NEEDS to be looked at.  I do not think 13 lbs is good for a 6 month old unless your baby was a preemie.  My niece is just 5 months old and weighs like 17 lbs or more.  Please take your baby in ASAP.   Let us know how it goes.

I will have you know that a baby of 6 months ( like my daughter ) usually weighs from 12-16 pounds, mine is 14lbs and she is very dainty... and a baby of her size and weight is perfectly normal.. Mucus in diarrhea means that she is fighting something off and will need more liquid... My daughter is going through the same thing accompanied with diaper rash...
