ivf negative HPT

Has anyone had a day 6 IVF tranfer and had a negative HPT?  I know I am being impatient.... I had the transfer done this past Saturday and I took a HPT this morning and it came out negative.  I am really upset but I know it still may be to soon to detect.  I need to have positive thoughts.  Is there really a good chance I can be pregnant?  Is testing 6 days after a transfer to soon?

When is your doctor going to do a blood test?  Blood tests are more sensitive than home tests, and if your doctor is not calling you in until a certain date, it's a good sign that he doesn't think a blood test would be accurate any earlier than that.  If a blood test can't be relied on yet, a home test certainly can't.  I'd wait to test with a home test until at least the morning you are scheduled for a blood test.  Good luck!

I had a day 6 transfer this past Saturday (5 days ago).
My blood test is this Sunday.  I am just getting nervous because I also heard Day 6 transfer are not as good???  Plus the negative HPT isn't helping :-(
Anyone know if Day6 transfers are sucessful?

waiting for my bloodwork results to come back later today...took a hpt this morning-neg. devastated...hoping for a miracle! Did anyone else get a neg hpt day of beta and still get good news? help!!!
