lactating while pregnant
Is it possible that a woman that is pregnant going 3mos. can still lactate to her 9mos old baby?

If you have been lactating all along then there should be no issues.  Sometimes supply may drop a little bit or the taste of your milk can change, but continuing to nurse should help keep your supply up.  I nursed my 20 month old through the first 4 months of my current pregnancy.
