lead poisoning

my 10 month old tested positive for lead the level in her system is almost to a 9. i was rebuilding a 100 yr old farm house when i was pregnant with her and i need to know if i maybe got lead poisoning and ive been passing it to her my breast milk is this possible. there is also old blown in insulation in our ceilings still (make out of old news paper)  is it possible there is lead in the ink of the old news paper blown in insulation?

It might be something more directly available, such as a toy.  But to check your theory about the breast milk, get yourself tested for lead.  I don't think the newspaper in the ceilings would do it.  Babies often chew on things like window ledges, and they crawl and put their hands in their mouths, so get a lead-testing kit and check floors and walls and windowsills with it.

thank you so much for answering i was afraid no one would answer i just got mt blood drawn this morning to test my theory i had no idea you could get a home lead test i am definetly getting a few haha cant be too safe thank you again

Those home lead tests are useful and handy.  Try a home-improvement store or a paint store.
