by RAWINA, Apr 14, 2007 12:00AM
I am almost 8 weeks..since yesterday I have been feeling some pain like pine poke in my palvic area. I am not spotting, but worried. Could it be uterus stretching symptoms or it's too early to feel that? Anyone have any idea could help? Thank you

I am almost 7 weeks and have had that.  This is my 3rd pregnancy.  I don't know if I am noticing every little pain or what, but have had shooting pain down there near pelvic area and my ovaries been having sharp pains also.  If you move just right sends pains from ovaries.  I think everything is trying to adjust to prepare for the next 8 months.

I was having that for the last two weeks. It scared me enough to go to the ER. I found out I had a UTI, and they gave me an antibiotic for it. From what I've read since then, UTI are common in pregnant women. But the ER doc did say that a lot of pain that you feel @ 8-12 wks are ligaments streching and such.
