even if its a bowl of soup or a salad just to make urself eat something. small meals a day. go for walks so when u come back ur hungry and thirsty. its probably just ur morning sickness, it can sometimes kick in and out. do u still have vomitting. u can ask doc to prescribe some tablets to ease the vomitting. am 15 wks and still have vomitting and am now taking diclectin so i can eat and feel good through out the day.

Nothing wrong with not feeling so hungry every once in a while.  As long as you're not starving all day long and taking your vitamins, you should be good.

ive heard a lot of people lose weight, you cant help it if your sick, i threw up every day for nine months, (no joke) with my daughter and my weight fluxuated throughout the first and second trimester, i would gain one week, and lose the next, but i made it all up in the last few months (gained 60 pounds ....YIKES) but anyways you should be ok, just make sure that your trying to eat,

heres some ideas

toast with butter and jelly
bagel and cream cheese
crackers with peanut butter
oatmeal raisin cookies
yogurt
granola bar
a banana

(im taking a nutition class, these are some foods that are listed in my book that are very healthy for pregnant women, and these should be easy on your stomach)

I remember at 16 weeks or so I suddenly didnt want to eat anything I felt sick and was worried because I thought I was hurting my baby. My doctor said that not feeling good and not eating happens in pregnancy sometimes because your body is working so hard and that if you loose a little weight that early its okay just not if you loose alot of weight. Then at about 20-22 I suddenly got real hungry and thats when I started putting on the pounds.

I lost 15  + lbs. with each of mine.  I just couldn't eat and never felt well enough.  I did put on the weight at the end though, I didn't start gaining till around the 6th month.  By the time I had my boys, I was 8 lbs. over my prepregnancy weight with the first one, he was 10 lbs. 3 oz.  Second baby I was 3 lbs. over my prepregnancy weight and he weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz.  They were both good sized and healthy.  Just do what you can.  It could be a tummy bug, or very well could be m/s.  Mine went well into my second trimester and came back in the third.  I was warned a few times that if I couldn't stop loosing I would need to be admitted and put on an IV for dehydration.  Eat small meals and drink lots of water.  Try to eat as healthy as possible, but just do what you can.  Hope you feel better.  You will have plenty of time to gain still, baby is still very small at this time.

The first time I was pregnant, when I was about 13 weeks I was in the best shape of my life.  I had lost the stubborn pounds that I couldn't loose before.  I ended up putting them back on later in pregnancy, and my little girl was healthy.  Don't worry.

I wouldn't worry. I , too, at 32 weeks, not only don't have much of an appetite, but if I do overeat even slightly I feel like I can't breathe. I've tried really hard to fit in protein shakes and bars. I did so much better on my first pregnancy w/ eating and drinking water. This one hasn't been as good. Every visit though, I seem to be right on track. Plus u/s showed everything perfect. Doesn't it figure though, I'm still gaining weight every visit....

remember the ol' saying that you are eatting for two?  That isn't true, I mean think about it this baby isn't that big.  The thing is that baby will take nutrients before you get them.

I lost almost 85 pounds pre-pregnancy to 3 weeks postpardom with dd. I was a bigger girl when i get pg with her and my docter told me this was completely normal. I didnt have much of an appetite, but when i did eat i made sure i ate healthy, and took my prenatel vitamins. I lost wieght all over my body and it ended up all goin to baby. She was 7 lbs 9 ounces and was very healthy for being 2 weeks early. I wouldnt worry too much as long as you are getting your vitamins.
Heck this time around i am now only 7 weeks pg and have already gained 6 lbs...not looking forward to gaining alot! best of luck!
