maturna??? open forum

i was taking maturna vitamins and felt horrible very crampy and nausous and i stopped taking them in the last few days and feel way better! i tried switching to taking them at night with food the hole nine yards. is it ok that i am not taking them??

also rumors about gum? is there only certain gums you can eat? i love gum and been holding back worried that some gums aren't good. does anyone know what gum would be ok?

Prenatal vitamins are a must. Ask your Dr. about swicthing your brand. I have even heard some of the ladies speak of OTC prenatals, you can buy them over the counter @ Walmarts, Targets or Cvs. Speak with your Dr. b4 switchinmg, but supposedly they are all pretty much the same. Good luck!
