What are the potential risks of using nasal spray during the first trimester of pregnancy?

What kind fo nasal spray? If it is something like Ocean Mist, there is no risk as it is saline. Anything other than that would warrant a chat with the pharmacist. I prefer speaking with them about meds as they are generally more current on their information : )

I thought medcation has a warning labal on it if for pregnant women if there not to be taken..

Not necessarily, they have a warning on everything, even approved meds. I check with my cousin (a pharmacist) before taking anything while pg or nursing. Doctors aren't always current or available. Putting in a call to walgreen's or anywhere with a pharmacist is usually much faster : )
