I haven't heard one positive thing about them.

If they were accurate at all, doctors would have found a way to use them in the office and charge you up the ying yang for them.

The fact that doctors don't use them at all should tell you something.  There are far better ways to tell if you are ovulating.

I used one to fall pregnant with this one, I got mine from the chemist, it cost me $80 (Australian Dollars) I used it every day and it totally worked.

Molley, if they were that simple, everyone would have success.  Most do not.

i have a friend that used one and she said that it worked.  i'm not quite sure where she got it.  i'm not sure if i am happy with the opk.  i got the kind that look like a pregnancy test and i tend to go a little crazy and since there's only 7 in a package that gets a little expensive.  is there anywhere to get those testing strips locally?  i just hate the idea of buying stuff online.  i don't know why, it's so common now but, eh...

Are you in the US?  Here, you can get OPK sticks in any pharmacy.  You can accomplish the same thing (sperm meeting the egg) by simply having sex every other day from day 10 to day 20, depending on the length of your cycles.
You have about a 20% chance of conceiving on any given month, give or take a little.   A healthy normal couple should seek professional advice if they have been trying for a  year without sucess.  You should seek out help after 6 months if you are older.

You used to be able to buy the ovulation microscope at Target, if you are in the US, but I don't know if they stock them anymore.
But look at it this way.  Say 10 people used one.  2 will get pregnant, and sing the praises of the ovulation microscope, when in fact it was pure coincidence.

They have never been proven to work, and any website you run across that says they work, is a website that sells them.  Sure, some people will get pregnant using them.  Again, if they worked that well, all doctors would use them and figure out a way to charge women plenty for their spit.

(incidently, someone here used her microscope on both her husband and her aged mother.  It said both were ovulating.  Nuff said)

But its your money.  Like I said, Target used to sell them, but its been awhile since this came up here.
