no you can get pregnant again. My cousin had 6 miscarriages before the dumb doctors figured out why. Now she has 2 beautiful kids. She has to get I believe 3 shots during her pregnancy. One almost as soon as she finds out, then about every three months after that. You will be able to definitely get pregnant again. You need that shot so your body doesn't abort the baby cause it thinks it's a intruder pretty much. Good luck and I'm sorry bout your loss.

Hi there is no way that, you missed carried cause of your blood type you get the shot so that you do not produce anti bodies after miscarriage or birth of your baby u didn't reject the fetus because u are o-, I have 2 girls, then one misscarriage now have another on the way so don't worry about your blood type it will not cause a misscarriage!

Just keep getting those shots when the doc tells you to -- can't remember but about every 3 months during pregnancy and definetely when any blood happens (spotting in early pregnancy, risk of it when having an amnio, etc). B/c I knew I was neg upfront I got the shot right away but had 3 m/cs before my current pregnancy so not likely due to the neg RH factor. My husband never got blood test to know if he's neg or not to know if baby is, so instead I just got the shots in case. Also when you have a m/c obviously need the shot to prevent another m/c happening though m/c can happen for other reasons too as likely in my case. Good luck. I'm now in week 39 (so due any day) after having 3 early m/cs beforehand.
