Those are the main two symptoms however, sometimes you can have what you call a missed miscarriage where you have no symptoms at all and you find out through an ultrasound or when you go in and they can't find a heartbeat on the doppler.
I agree with energy_train. When I had a natural miscarriage on July 19 I had bad cramping a week before. Then on July19 around 4am in the morning I started spotting by 3pm i was having a miscarriage. I hope this help
