I am 5 weeks pregrant and been lightly bleeding for last 24 hrs.
short while ago I saw a 2 inch almost round (may be like tissue) came out.

Did I abort?
What a dead fetus looks like when 5 weeks old?

I dont know what a dead fetus looks like but I can tell you that you do not "lightly bleed" if you abort. I never miscarried but I have know many who have. When I was prego, I bled from 8 weeks until I was about 12 weeks. My bleeding was a heavy thick syrup the first day I bled and then light pinkish for the remaining weeks. They said it was implantation bleeding but I notices that when I forgot to take the prenatal vitamins I stopped bleeding and when I took them again it started. So I stopped taking the prenatal vitamins and took flintstones and all my bleeding stopped. Check with dr for an ultrasound and have them check your hcg levels to see if you are still prego. Good luck!

When you have a miscarriage you will know .. there is no Light Bleed.. You bleed for a while and its clumpy not to go into detail..but if your lightly bleeding you need to relax and get off your feet.. I had a miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks and I have never bleed so hard, and i had a c- section with my 1st son... plus the cramps are unbearable.. You need to go to em. room... they give you an ultrasound or go see a doc... But don't get upset, because if you are still pg. you can stress yourself and the baby out and it can become a miscarriage. So, GET A PINT OF ICE CREAM OR CRACKER and put your feet up.. No heavy lifting until you speak to  doc.
