I am new to this site but I just love it. Me and my soon to be husband have been trying to conceive my last period was on march 14th but lasted like 2 weeks and it would get real heavy and then I would spot from lite pink to brown mixed in it.I have been feeling sick to my stomach,belching all the time and real gassy.So I took 2 Hpt and both was (-) so I am wondering if I could still be pregnant we want a baby so bad we are getting married in June but we have been trying for about 6 months.So any advice would be just great. Hi Everyone,

I couldn't post a question and so I am using this post. I had my last period on march 14th and then there was slight spotting on Mar 30, Apr 1, 2 and 3. The spotting was just when i wipe. I had an m/c on N0v 17th. I had my 1st AF on Jan 2nd and then some spotting on 16th and 17th. My 2nd AF was on Feb 5th and my 3rd AF on March 14. Its been kind of very confusing. We are ttc. My cycle is between 35-40 days. I am not sure if I am ovulating or not or what is happening in my body. My bbs have become big in the past 2 months. Kind of harder and bigger. I already have a daughter 2 1/2 year old. Wanting to ge preggo so badly. But these changes are killing me. And the waiting period every month is a torture.. Any one facing similar issues??

I also am late however i do not want to be pregnant. last period was march 15 and two negative test results as of yesterday. i have had 4 kids in 4 years. my baby is 5 mos. old. this would be my 4th c-sec. last one had complications from scar tissue plus i have pregnancy induced hypertension. Of course first thing that comes to mind is why don't i use birth control. I am catholic. i promised God I would have however many kids he wanted me too. But I am scared because the last one was so traumatic. I know that the previous pregnancies were late to show up postive on home tests but i was just looking for hopeful signs that maybe i am not pregnant. i am 27 yrs old so menopause is a longstretch. I also am assuming there is no way to deliver another baby vaginaly. i love my babies so please keep comments medically related.

Thanks for your support. I am just scared to do a HPT yet and I don't want to see a BFN. Its very depressing. How do I find out if I am ovulating? Will the OPKs help?? And I also have lots of acne on my face since my m/c and it doesn't seem to improving at all. Is this all related??

God would not want you to suffer... and altho I know that I can't change your religion.. God gives us the means for many many things - but that doesn't mean we have to use everything he gives us the means to do..
God is a good God, and he wouldn't want you to be in physical pain - he would want you to be happy and to have time to love and care for all of your children..

As women, we are able to have many babies thru-out our lifetime, but I dont think that God meant for us to procreate until we die...

Hi everyone, i thought i was all alone. I'm really sorry for all you women who are out here suffering. I can honestly say I know how you feel. The last day of my cycle was 3-17-2006. I lost a baby almost 10 months ago and my husbamd and i have been trying to concieve ever since. I track my cycle through mymonthlycycle.com and they have been very accurate. I am now six days late and have taken 5 test. All neg. i'm trying to be as positve as i can. I spoke with my doctor today and they want me to take these pills thats suppose to make my cycle come on, but get this the pills say don't take if you think you are pregnant. I don't want to think i'm not pregnant but the doctors seems to think that. They didn't even offer to take my blood to be sure or not. I don't know what to do. I've read some sucess stories. What do you think, can i be preg and it just not show up on the hpt. I mean I dont want to take these pills if i have a chance of being preg.

I had a question for you two with your m/c...currently going through my first, and its been extremely rough esp bc my dh is tdy (military and not here) went in for my 10 week exam expecting all good news as my 6 week one was well with a nice heartbeat only to find it had died maybe a day or two prior with no cramps or anything...Now my question is did you have to have a d&c or did it all go natural and if so how long did it take, I started having some clots within a day after finding out and that was now a week ago and I'm still clotting stuff but not really bleeding yet.  Trying to let it go on its own, but don't know how long to wait??? It was our first and been hard dealing on my own and my doc wants me to do the d&c, but I don't want to until my husband gets back in a week and a half-but will it be safe if it doesn't go by then?

I very sorry for your loss i too had a m/s my first and hopefully last. I lost my  baby almost 3 days before my appt. I decided to have a d&c. I bleed for about 4 days and two weeks later i started my cycle. From my understanding the doc told me when you get a d&c it makes you alot more fertile. I have yet to get pregnant but i have alot more problems to deal with. I think you should get it done as soon as possible not only to clean out your body, but to help you mentally as well. This is a very hard thing to deal with and it takes some time to heal.God bless you and your family.

I too have other things to deal with...main one being endometriosis.  Plus whatever caused this mc because the doc isn't sure what happened, if it had been "God taking care of things" ie chromosomal or the like he said it should have happened earlier.  I'm not sure if my endo played a role, but I am worried about when I'll be able to try again with it, thus the worry of wait or do the d&c.  I am just being a baby and don't want to have to go through all that alone-bc I will be put out completely and have to do it at the hospital, so its just a whole big mess.

My cycle for march was supposed to come on the 6th but came on the 12th for 3 days, stopped and came two more days then stopped. I took several HPT's in March, with all saying negative....Now its April 20th and no sign of cycle...Cramping, yes..could it be PMS..If nothing shows by the end of the month, I am going to the Dr. Any response is appreciated....

Hi everyone!!  I have kind of the same question.  My cycles are 30-32 days the latest.  My last AF was on March 24th, so now it is cd 41.  I have taken a lot of hpt's and all neg.  I got a bt on cd36 and neg (less than 5 was the result).  I have had lots of symptoms, sore boobs, gass, light cramps, tired.  My cervix is high and closed (which is a good sign).  My husband and I have been trying for 9 months now and never this late?  I was just wondering if there is anyone who it took a long time to show positive on hpt's and blood tests?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in Advance

Hi, I am Ristin. I am 18 and live with my boyfriend. We are sexually active and recently I have missed a period. It has bin 8 days exactly since my missed period. Normally on the 17th of every month it comes for exactly six days.

So the 18th came around and I was frantic. I was ready to freak. I calmed myself into thinking it was just late and it will come.

Wow, I guess there are a lot of other people out there who are having similar problems.  In a way it makes me feel better to not be alone in this.  

I am 21, married, and have always used at least condoms when having sex.  I've only ever had my husband as my sexual partner.  My last period was March 25th.  I have always been very regular with my cycles about 30-35 days.  Sometimes I might be a day or two later.  Well April 27th came and went with nothing, so I took a HPT on May 4th that was negative.  I figured I had just skipped due to stress or something.  Well it's May 30th now and still nothing.  I took another HPT last week on the 24th and it was negative again.  I have scheduled an appointment with my doctor for June 8th, but I'm kind of worried.  Can I be pregnant and it's not showing up and if I'm not what could be wrong with me?

I've now been thinking i'm possibly pregnant for almost 2 months now...
I usually have regular periods that start on the 8th of each month and last for 5 days.
The last time i had a regular period was on March 8
I've had 2 irregular periods since then the first was 10 days late & only lasted 3 days, the second was about 3 weeks late and lasted 5 days...the last 2 days spotting...
I've taken like 5 at-home pregnancy tests and ALL have came out reading negative (-)

But for the last couple weeks I've been having many of the pregnancy symptoms...
-tiredness
-frequent urge to urinate
-constantly feeling hungry but unable to eat certain foods.
-Nausea
The list goes on!

I really want to be pregnant & really think i am
But i'm extremely confused, i'd really appreciate yall's HELP!

For all the women who have tested themselves with a home pregancy test and the result was negative. Just wait a weekn and test again, women who waited for another week, the 10 percent of false negatives would decline to three percent or less.

We're trying to conceive and I've been having "some" symptoms - nasueau, almost constant hunger, fatigue, a case of the "dropsies" among others. I was on effexor until receintly being told it could harm a baby, and I know that some of the symptoms are tied to that - or could be.
But what's really putting me off is the negative pg tests (2 in the last two weeks) and the inability to fit into my pants very nicely -despite no scale weight gain.

My pd. is due Wednesday (this week) - could it be that there's not enough HGC in my system yet??

Hey Everyone.  I need some help.  Been trying to have baby #2 for over a year now.  Husband on Blood Pressure pills and has a lower count than before.  

My cycles have been longer and weird.  May/June no cycle.  Just two days of "light" bleeding, didn't even have to wear a pad.  I had some cramping but not like usual.  Today I noticed a light pink discharge once, but no period.  All week every once and again light spotting on toliet paper.  Took preg. test all negative.  Made appt. for August for yearly.  Has this happened to anyone else.  I am just worried something is going on that I am unaware of.

Hi everyone! We have now been trying for a baby for 33 months. My cycle is normally 30 days. And now Im 7 days late. But i have done 2 home pregnancy test and negative. Now i tried blood pregnancy test but the result is also negative. Just wondering if I could still possibly be pregnant after all that tests? How accurate is blood test? Is blood test can be false negative but i am pregnant?

But Im still hoping and praying that i could get pregnant and have a baby.

was suppose to start on the 7th it is now the 13th...i took two of the first response tests..(they are supposed to tell you 5 days before your missed period) both negative...i wated a couple more days and took two of the walmart brand tests...still, both negative...i'm nauseaus, tired, and have terrible mood swings...could it be pms???or not????my last period, which was the 1st period i have had in 2 years was really strange...i spotted for about 3 days and then when i did start..it lasted only 2 days.....i had extream cramps..and passed heavy blood clots...that was the first time ever....is something wrong with me???

Girl, you need to go the dr.  If for no other reason than to put your mind at ease, its been too long and I have heard of pregnacies not showing up until quite late.  They can do a blood test on you, and maybe an exam too.  Don't keep waiting, you'll drive yourself nuts.

I can tell you that every women and pregnancy is different. I hope this is helpful. I am going to share with you a personal experience and a witness to miracles can happen. I was trying to concieve in 2000. I have alway had irregular cycles so i can never time anything. I know when my period is close to "that time". Anyway, we was trying so hard to become pregnant. Three months of neg. tests. I was hopeless. Well, I started having lower abdominal pains and urinating alot. I figured ok lets do a test. My friend, I will tell you about her later too, gotten me a EPT (five day early test) and that morning it was negative. We ( me and my now husband) was upset. I made a dr. appointment. My older sister told me I prob had a uti. I had starting spotting the morning of my dr. appointment soi knew it was a wrap. Well, I was pregnant, Urine test was positive. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED! He was happy. I was scared and explained what i have been experiencing so i got an ultrasound that day. I was two months. Ok, now the second time around. I had gotten a call from a friend who thought she was pregnant and said i should take a test with her to comfort her. I was like lol yep i am two days late. HAHA. as i said to her. I told her i had just went to the ER  a week before and got a blood test to make sure i was not pregnant because i had to have medicine for a migraine. I always get migraines...no surprise. ANyway, that blood test was negative, i told her. She was like well dollar tree has them just take it with me. I said ok its a dollar to make you feel better. We took the test and they was negative. I went back upstairs about and hour later and looked in the trash and one was positive. I was like WOW!!! I screamed and told my friend. we went back to the dollar tree. and you know it i was pregnant. I went to the doc and i was only barely three weeks. Now the EPT could not show my first pregnancy at nearly two months but a dollar test showed up for a three week for my second pregnancy. Yep i am telling you there is hope!!!! Okay now for my friend that had brought me the EPT...well she was a size zero at this time, can wear a two piece and all. She went to the doctor cus she was sick with the flu when I was five months pregnant with my first child. I am so close to herthat I stay over her house and all.she was changing her pad when she was telling me she we had to go to the doctor. We gets to the doctor and they tell her you dont have the flu you are pregnant. I was like huh...she said that she couldnt be. ANd we both went on to tell the doctor how she is on her cycle now and has not missed a period. She went and got an ultrasound that day due to this special curcumstance. Well a size zero, and on her cycle her ultrasound showed a nearly six month old baby...not a fetus,,,or embro. and six month old baby. Yep!!!! I was like what in the world. They ran every test and all. Because she had no stomach and was on her cycle. I can say by thinking she had the flu i assume that was her pregnancy symptoms. Anway she delivered her baby two weeks before i delivered my first child. I didnt mean to go on and on and on...but I hope this can help you and tell you that every body,and pregnancy is different. I wish the best for you all. I am hoping to have child number three. My husband says no....but he know we use no BC so I am hoping. From personal experiences i do not test..I just pray. I forgot to metion my daughter is 6 and my son is 2 years old. So I do as i said want another one. I do test sometimes hoping for a positive. I have missed two months before w/o being preg. So i just dont; test anymore from what i have been thru and how my cycles are so irregular. I know that everything happens in GOD's time. So I would prefer it that way then in my time!! hello girls well i have a quiestion i have a rugular cycle and my last period was on Oct. 5 so know were in Dec. and i have missed my period for two mouth in a half . The thing is that i took a pregnancy test and at first it came out positive , but on the following mouth i took a nother to make sure and it came out negative . I have been peing alot and at nite when i go to sleep my stomach makes lots of noise. well i then went to take a blood test and that came out negative , so i was sad . I am also getting fat and some times my bely botton hurts . What should i do if i miss my period again ? So i keep thinking iam but i rather wait 2 more mouths and see what happends or what should i do? please help !!!!
