morning sickness with heavy bleeding

morning sickness with heavy bleeding

My LMP was 9/14/11. My periods are like clockwork and I was supposed to start on 10/16/11. My husband and I have unprotected sex on 9/27 which was supposed to be my most fertile day. I have been pregnant 3 times (1 living child, 2 miscarriages) and have had severe morning sickness with all my pregnancies. Around 10/9 I started getting morning sickness, swollen breasts, lower abdominal pain and mood swings. on 10/12 I started light brown spotting and on 10/13 it turned to bright red heavy bleeding. But I am still having my morning sickness and other symptoms. Is it possible that I am having heavy implantation bleeding? Or should I assume its my period?

There is no such thing as heavy implantation bleeding, as implantation bleeding isn't true "bleeding". At best it's spotting-- if you think you're pregnant you can take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. More than likely you had or are having a chemical pregnancy.
