my hCG level was low

My lmp was Nov 30 2006. I knew that I was pregnant the first of Jan. I did 3 home pregnancy test and they were all negitive. I still didn't start. I did a blood test @ the doctor Tues 1/9; it came back postive, but he told me that my level was 52. What does that mean. I should be 7 weeks pregnant now based on my 1st day of last period. If using the hCG level Im only 2 maybe 3 weeks pregnant right? Am I ok? How far along am I?

I wouldn't worry yet...you could have conceived late in your cycle.  I think it sounds okay thus far.

The same thing happened to me in nov. I started ttc oct and became pregnant right away no af came in nov and I tested and tested and all neg went to the doc cause i just knew i was preg and the hcg was real low and ended up having a miscarriage a few weeks later. sorry not a great story but just telling mine

I also had the same problem, but everyone is different. I however did have a miscarrige. Just follow up with labs and see what happens.  I am praying for you. If you need any advice feel free to ask. I know how it is it just happened to me two weeks ago.  Good Luck. :)

I also had the same problem with low hcg levels and at this time iam having a miscarriage. Keep your head up i have a healthy six year old. So things happen for a reason.

Your levels might be ok, but you have to be less than 7 wks maybe around 5 because my lmp was 18 Nov and I'm 7wks 5 days so are at least 2wks behind me

Here is some hope for you. I had 2 miscarriages and am pregnant now. my dates are about 1 month ahead of yours so I am 13 wks now. I went to the Dr as soon as I found out and my hcg came back 32 (I was about 10 days late at this point), they told me I was going to lose the baby. I have had no problems and have heard the heartbeat already. The dr. later told me that the #'s can't predict how pregnant you are they just want to make sure they are rising. Just make sure you are taking care of yourself. Best of luck to you.
