My husband and I want to have several kids if we can, but boys names have been so hard to decide!  Girls are easy, we like April, August, Aurora, and Phoebe and so far for boys I like Adrian and Christian, but my husband likes neither of those.  It seems like we love the letter A, but it's just a coincidence.

by amber26, Aug 25, 2003 12:00AM

by JustME9, Aug 25, 2003 12:00AM
I have three boys..Josiah, Lukas and Cameron.  For a girl I like Ella.  =) Another boy would have been Blake.

by ildike, Aug 25, 2003 12:00AM
If it's a girl it will be Monica May, we are still "fighting" over a boy's name.  I really like James, Ben and Steven.

by Still_AndiJ, Aug 25, 2003 12:00AM
For a girl we are looking st Isabella Grace (my hubby's grandmother who jusy passed away was named Ella) and for a boy we already have Jonathan Avery and I am looking at Tristan Asa if we have another.

My word of advice for those considering Austin, try to find another name : ) We went to the zoo today (my nephews Jordan, Austin, neice Charlie, and my son) and we literally ran into 6 different Austin's : ) All around the same age (2-4) It was silly, no one knew who was being called.

Well my husband and I are having a boy and his name is going to be Michael Alan II.  That is not my chose.  I like Marcus Alan or Maxwell Alan.  And for a girl I like Morgan Ann.

by amym, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
My kids names are Katherine Nicole, Chloe Elizabeth, and Ian Michael.  I tend to lean more towards traditional names, so I kind of like Krista or Rachel for a girl; Nicholas, Christian, or Alexander for a boy.  For me, finding suitable middle names is always the challenge!

by DESTINA, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
Kaysi
Michelle
and Patrick

by katt7, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
We are having our first which we found out was a boy.  We are naming him Jonathan Thomas.

If we had a girl we would have named her Jenna Victoria.

All of the names posted are beautiful!  :)

by carey76, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
we want to go with swedish-inspired names so Svea and Vanja for girls and Torben and Halen for boys. my husbands name is Stig so I'll be the odd one with a normal name!

by kjpandbaby, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
my first is Kendall Johne' (a girl) her name was picked out before the ultrasound at 18wks and she came out looking like a Kendall    the 2nd is on the way we decided to be old fashion and name it when it gets here cuz still not sure what it is (2nd ultrasound umbillical cord thru legs) Have a feeling its another girl been throwing around Riley, Rhyla, Jasmine, Daysha, I was even thinking about Gabriella/Gabbie but nothing for sure till i see what it looks like i think a name is very important, i would hate to have a name that doesn't fit my face and i dont want to do that to my child

by Casey1, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
Call me crazy, but I've always loved 'Calypso' for a girl.  I think the whole 'Jaques Cousteau' thing has settled down enough that it would be safe to name a child that. :)  I got hell for being named 'Casey' although I love the name.  'Casey Jones', 'Casey and the Sunshine Band', yadda yadda.

And I like 'Gabriel' for a boy.

To: Everyone and katt
Katt, I love Victoria, so we've been thinking of it, except people would call her Vicky which I don't like, so that's why we chose Monica May.  But Victoria is just beautiful.

by katt7, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
Monica May is a georgious name too.  I  really like that! :) I totally agree with shortning Victoria to Vicky that is why we chose that to be a middle name if we had a girl and not a first name.  I guess it is good in that aspect that we are having a boy. :) lol.

by lynnaz, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
Well, if I ever do get pregnant, hubby and I want to have names that no one in our family has (which is really tough!) We decided on Brianna Alexis if we have a girl and are leaning towards Tyler Jordan for a boy (boys names are tough!!) We'll call him TJ for short....Lynn :)

by iceskater, Aug 26, 2003 12:00AM
May seems to be a pretty popular middle name. My daughter is Jessica May (My great grandmother was called Annie-May) my son is called Samuel Don ( Samuel comes from Mark Twain as that is his real name and somewhere along the line he is related and the Name Don is my sons poppas name).
Im pregnant with my third and so far we have decided on Brooke Anne for a girl (Anne being my mother and my middle name and we guess that it comes from Annie-May, we just like the name Brooke) and for a boy we like Jake Neil (Neil being my grandfathers middle name.)
My partner is not to keen on middle names so that has been my choice and I like a name that has meaning in the family.
All the names above are lovely.

Good luck to everyone.

Sheryl

For boy Walker Ray or Ridley James

I'm pregnant now. 4 months today!! I already have 2 children. My daughters name is Presley Ann (Pres for short), and my son is Dylan Joseph. I dunno what I'm having yet. Weve picked out Natalie Grace for a girl. I really wanted Rease Adrian, but he did not like that one....oh well....but Im having trouble picking out the boy name. The names I like for a boy are.....Reece, Bradey, Luke, Damon, Halen, Elijah. Any suggestions?? The last name is Ward. What sounds right with that?

by ildike, Aug 30, 2003 12:00AM
Personally I like Halen Ward.  I love the name Luke, but both Luke and Ward have only one syllable. I think Halen sounds very good along with the last name.  It has a nice "wavy" sound. But Luke Ward is not bad either!

by GizmoAdams, Aug 31, 2003 12:00AM
Hey Y'all.  How are you.  My son's name is Coleten Timothy Joseph.  I also like the name Tyler, Zackery, and Braden for a boy.  For a Girl, which i hope is what i'm having, we're leaning toward Grace Doreen Anne, but I also like the names Faith, Hope, and Isabella.  I know for girls names they sorta sound somewhat religous, and i'm not a really religous person, but without faith and hope you have nothing right?  Anyone who's had a M/C know's that...lol.
The names here are all so beautiful.  I'll keep my fingers crossed for y'all.
Take care
Giz!
