congratulations!   I'm sorry I can't answer your questions.  I do know that my friend has had 6 miscarriages all at 12 wks and they were all girls.  She has 4 healthy boys.

congrats, on your bfp, but i don't think that your body has to do any thing with carrying a boy or girl, a baby is a baby, for me, i wish you all the luck next week! and wish you a very healthy pregnancy.

That is interesting you mentioned that. I have 3 boys and 2 girls but had problems with both of my girl pregnancies with threatened miscarriages. My boy pregnancies were easy and I had no problems. I have lost 3 babies to miscarriage and always wondered if maybe my body has more trouble carrying girls.

Congratulations on your new pregnancy. I know how scary it is after a loss.
