no baby heart beat

hi iam 9weeks and the doctor could now find a heart beat.  and  i have had no bleeding or pains and wish someone could give me some answers on whats happening to me i feel that my baby is still there and healthy but everyone else seems to think diffrent can someone tell me what they think.

Have you had an ultrasound previously and seen a heartbeat? If so, it's very likely you have had a missed miscarriage. This is where you lose the baby, but your body doesn't recognize that the baby has passed so it doesn't do anything. Often the symptoms will remain and such as well, and the only way many women find out the baby has passed is at a routine checkup. Request another ultrasound and see if that shows growth and a heartbeat.

its still early...maybe the baby is turned in a position where you cant hear her,yet..or maybe he had no batteries..you should go back,even if it somewhere else and find out..so you can have a clear mind and not get stressed out...good luck...congradulations.
