no blood after D&C????

I have another question about the D&C I had on Thursday.  The D&C was done at 6:45 am, I had some bleeding in the hospital, not much that day, and then nothing?  The doctor said that I may bleed for a couple of days, but I was still so groggy from the medicine.  Now my sister in law has been through this all and said she spotted at first then the bleeding came.  I am crampy, like PMS, but, just don't know what is going on.  And when does it count as your first perod.  I know , all qustions to be  asking my doctor, but it is sometimes better advice coming from ones who have gone through it with their bodies.  Any help would be great!!

firstly i am sorry for your loss. I spotted after my D&C and then got a bleed on day 2 then a light period. 4 weeks later i got my first normal period. I hope this helps. take care.

i never bled after mine.  not even spotting really!

I had really light bleeding the first 2 days after mine, then it got a little heavier the 3rd & 4th days.  After that, just spotting until day 10.  You may start bleeding tomorrow, or maybe you won't have anything at all!  I did feel a little crampy too.
