no periods but trying 2 conceive

hi folks, this is going to sound like a life story but im with my partner 7 years and after buying our home we desided to try for children, at the age of 20 we started and it took its time during our trying process my partner lost his dad and sister withen 7 mts so we needed somthing to look forword to more than ever and at 21 i finally got a test that said positive, after afew weeks of pure bliss and excitment, i miscarried, my last period was around christmas last year, iv had blood test which wer all good, im now 23 and after alot of trying im wondering could the fact that im not getting periods be a reason why im not getting pregnant, i cant date my ovulation due to no periods, if any ideas please help
