Hello everyone! CD5 for me and I finally got a decent night's sleep last night! I feel much better today. The last three day's Christmas acitivities wore me out! I have a couple of days to rest now before it starts again! I'm calling my endocronologist this morning to hopefully set up an I.U.I for the week after Christmas. Wish me luck! You all have a great day! Robin
I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow, and noticed that my back is very sore. Is this normalNormal saline flush at this stage? what about your feet starting to swell? I noticed today that putting on my runners, my feet almost didn't want to go in them and they felt kinda tight. Can anyone recommend anything that might help with these issues?
Both are normalNormal saline flush. Not much you can do about the back pain but try a low seeting heating pad for a short amount of time. For the sweelling try propping your feet up above your heart while you lay down and drink more water.
What a nice change table, do you have a crib and all that already? We had all our baby funiture given to us, it all came from my sister. The only thing that we have to buy is a dresser, since my sister is still using the one that came with the set. My mom is planning on buying that for us, it's nice not having to buy all the big stuff.
We have a crib that was my little sister's that we are going to use. I also have a cradle that was mine when I was born so that is an antique which we will be using. We also have the swing and High chair from DD but there are so many thing s we still have to get but I am sure it will get done soon.
Absolutely love the changing table!!!!! Well tomorrow is the big day. I will be holding my dd hopefully by 10 a.m or so. I am scheduled for an 8 am c-sect. Have a wonderful x-mas ladies if I do not get on before that. Which I doubt considering the 3 day stay in hospital most likely:(. Baby dust to all those ttc and good luck to those about to deliver!!!!!
That's great that you have some stuff still, it's nice when you don't have to buy a bunch of stuff at once. We still have to set up the nursery, we haven't done anything in the nursery yet. I'm hoping that we can put the border up by next week, and we will probably have the rest done in Janurary some time. I've started to notice that I get tired very fast now, and that i can only do so much in a day now. I have my 34 week check up on Thursday, i'm going to hate to see how much i have gained since 2 weeks ago. I've put on 30lbs so far, a little more than i wanted.
Heh what's going on? Are you still dialating at all? have you had the baby yet? Please log on soon and let us know what's going on, last time you posted you were 3cm and still having contractions.
Hey Gonza! I'm in Alabama too! CD5 and gearing up for ovulation! I wanted to go for an I.U.I. this month but the doctor's office is going to be close the week after Christmas! yuck! :( Anyway..we're gonna try again naturally this month so we don't miss a chance and if I'm not pregnant, then we'll do I.U.I. sometime in the fourth week of January. Wish me luck! Robin
Ok I realize that it is late and this may not be seen but I have a question.
They say to call your doctor if you have persistant cramping. I'm having these menstral-like cramps in my lower right side and into my back. This isn't "low back pain" it is more like what I used to get with my period. This has been going on pretty consistantly for the past three days.
Hey Gonza! I live about an hour from you! I live in a little town called Douglas! It's about 15 min. south of Boaz. I'm sure you're familiar with Boaz! Wow! It's neat having someone on here so close by! Did you say what CD you are on? How long have you been ttc? I have a two year old that we waited on for twenty years! I'll be 42 Thursday and we want desperately to have another child before it's too late so by DS doesn't have to grow up by himself. And.... so MOMMY has another baby to love! LOL Keep me posted on your progress okay? Merry Christmas! Robin
I know exactly where that is. I went to high school not far from there, Oneonta. How neat. I am currently 24 weeks into my first pregnancy with a little boy. DH and I cant wait. I am 27, but I will be 28 when the little one arrives. Good luck with you and keep me posted!
I sure will Gonza! Congratulations on your first baby! There's nothing like it! I grow to love my little Nathan more and more each day. I never dreamed I could love someone so much! I will pray for an uncomplicated pregnancy for you! I will keep you posted with my progress and you keep me posted on your little one! God bless you and Merry Christmas! Robin
I am super excited though MIL just told me she bought us our first piece of baby furniture. Here is a pic.

Should I be concerned?
