Does she have a guardrail?
Is she acting any differently? If she's acting fine...i wouldn't worry.....

How old is she? I'm just wondering b/c i just posted a question about when to transition into a BIG bed from the crib....

no shes only 10 months old ....she was taking a nap .....but yes there is a rail...but she got around it somehow?

I wouldn't worry. If she is acting her normal self...and isn't sleeping more than normal...i'm sure she's fine.
When did you start putting her in a bed?

My son fell head first on sunday. Fell really hard from trying to walk. When we called an emergency number they told me to wake him every 4 hours for two days and make hsure he moves his arms and legs normally. and he should be ok. So just keep an eye on her. Make sure her dailey activities are the same.

Oh, they tend to fall lots, more to come.  I agree with the above poster, just keep an eye on her.  I was told just for a few hours and to make sure the pupils look fine, not too dialated, or one more so than the other.  If she is acting fine, I bet she's okay.  It's always harder on mom than baby.  Take care.
