ovulation and first period after d & c

Hey everyone,

   So some of you know I had to have a d & c done at 9 weeks June 1st due to a blighted ovum. I got my first AF July 5th and it ended or so I thought on July 10th. Well since then hubby and I have been TTC but everytime we have sex I start spotting again usually brown but sometimes a little pink but only when I wipe and then it goes away. I've been checking my cm and yesterday the 13th it was a little bloody but egg white cm and my cervix was open. I know tmi! sorry!

Ok so my question is.. for those of you who have had a d & c After my d&c I stopped bleeding a week later and had NO spotting at all but since my first AF I've been spotting with sex. Is this normal?

Second is it possible to ovulate while spotting?

I had very little to no bleeding after my D&C...But it took me 5weeks to the day before my 1st AF....I dont know if I would count July 5 as a AF, due to it only being 4days after your D&C, I think its more then likly bleeding from the D&C and thats why you are still spotting here and there....But if you are sure this is your AF I would test tesing with OPKs, I did this after my 1st Af and got pregnant...I also had no spotting after I got my 1st AF but I did have horrable cramps!! I think your confused Its been a month since the d & c I spotted for a week post d & c then two weeks of nothing and then AF about 5 weeks after the d & c.. but Now everytime we bd I spot a little. Did that happen to you?

I had more cramps and a little heavier than normal AF but I thought it was over but I keep spotting when we BD!! its aggrivating

OMG, I am so sorry, I miss read that! I would def start using OPKs, it helped for me! As far as I can remember I did not have any spotting...

But if its just brown blood I wouldnt worry to much as brown means "old"blood....so its not like you are bleeding,its just to old stuff coming out, maybe from the d&c?? Good Luck

haha you don't have to apologize! maybe.. I don't want to spend the money on opks because I've already spent enough on hpts through the past several months of this ordeal! But I've heard often people concieved on the first cycle following the d & c. I have a feeling this will be our month! And we've been bding often! I'm going to make sure we stay busy just in case I haven't ovulated yet but my cervix was more open yesterday than it was on the 10th and I had the egg white cm although it was a little reddish. Oh well I guess we'll see! I have one hpt left I'm Telling myself NO testing until August 1st at least!
