pain in side-long q. peek q. 4 u 2

hi

i dont remember if anyone recalls when i posted i had been in hospital at around 12 weeks, i thought i was having a heart attack to start with, i had rapid breathing and a tight left side. but my ecgs were fine, suspected blood clot was also ruled out after i had an x-ray, the pain was eventually put down to muscular or skeletal pain. i woke this morning and have had the same tightness but alot lower down on the left hand side today, same side as before, feels like its near the bottom of my ribs and going round towards my back. the only thing that helps is if i lay completey still...lol yeah right with a 2 and 1 year old! I dont think it is anything to do with the pregnancy, I am 26w 4d today. Baby is still moving fine too. I am concerned as I have done no heavy lifting other than pick up my ds. i had an antenatal today too, my bp is fine and my urine clear. am scared im gonna get this while in labour though and end uo needing a c-section because of it. could it be the toll on my body from so many pregnancies in so short a time? i have been pregnant 6x since dec 2002 and i know my body is telling me no babies after this one.
Peek - am i ok to take paracetamol? i am currently taking 75mg of baby aspirin a day as directed by consultant at hospital. any insight appreciated!

how did it affect you mum? did the pain come and go? i have had the odd day since i was admitted to hospital where if i rushed around too much i would get a little pain, so i would slow down, but today i woke up feeling great after having my first full nights sleep in i dont know how long! and bam there is the pain, i dont really want to go to hospital now as they will admit me, things is if i wake up tomorrow and the pain is gone can i still do anything? pain took a few days to subside after my hospital visit.
