pelvic pains?!?!?

i am only 4 wks pregnant. is it normal to have lower pelvic pains? they are usually there is the mornings and nights, sometimes sharp, sometimes dull. it almost feels like a bladder infection but i have been tested. this is my first pregnancy and its worrying me a little. any advice?

I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and I also have had pretty consistant pelvic pain.  Sometimes its like menstual cramps, and others its like sharp pains.  Ive already had an ultrasound and HCG tests taken due to some spotting, but everything is normal...so if youre concerned, call your Dr.  it costs money of course, but sometimes your peace of mind is worth it!
