I was cleaning my 2 year old's nappie as i was wiping down his penis he seemed to be in a lot of pain i looked at the penis and some thick white discharge came out. it seem's to hurt him when i pulled the skin back slightly. please help

I think you should call your doctor. Sounds like it could be a yeast infection.

Agree with missy-and in the meantime, try to either keep it VERY dry with clean diapers on him all the time, or even let him be naked for awhile.
