perimenopause and pregnancy

Does anyone know how likely it is to be able to get pregnant if you're in perimenopause?

Over a year and a half ago I was told that I was going through
perimenopause (veryhigh FSH levels).  I had had 5 miscarriages after two perfectly normal pregnancies and births.  We gave up trying and I am now 24 weeks pregnant with a baby boy.  There is hope!!!
