period???

by nbuckner1109, May 24, 2007 12:00AM
Ok...so I have been on birth control for a year now, first the patch, and now the pill...well, i missed 3 pills last week, and then on Monday, i was spotting, and now it is my period, which i suppose is from the missed pills.  I haven't forgotten anymore pills, and i am on my 2nd week, so in 1 1/2 more weeks i will be on the placaebo pills and i should get my period again..right?? is that healthy?  to have them 2 weeks apart like that? and if i don't forget anymore pills, my cycle should be back to normal, right??  i dunno...i have never had this happen and i am kinda confused...and my DH is worried as well..any suggestions??

If you have a full fledge period then after its over you need to start a whole new pack of birthcontrol pills and throw the others out.
