please can u help

im 9 months pregnant with my first baby and for the last few months my inverted nipples have been buring and iv started with what i think is milk only in one breast tho and today my breast started bleeding do u think its because im having a baby or something eles thank you

Bleeding?  It might be an infection.  I would see the doctor.  

Also, to help with inverted nipples (and possibly also to help with the infection), you might ask the doc if it would be a good idea to start pumping now, even though the baby is not here yet.  If you don't have a pump, you could rent a hospital pump.  When a breastfeeding woman gets mastitis, she is encouraged to keep the milk flow going, to clear out the ducts and not let the bacteria build up.

Call the doc tomorrow morning and get in for an appointment right away.
