please help!

I had sex with someone once on august 6th and got my period august 9 then had sex with my ex august 17 and on .. I missed my period in september so I took a test and it was posative , the doctor gave me an edd of may 15 .. would the father be the guy from aug.6 or my ex ? Please help!

The odds favor your ex.  But not by much.  The conception calculator I used said you might have conceived between August 16 and August 23.  Having a period in between the events does also make it sound like it was not the guy from the 6th.

Because the difference between August 6 and August 16 is not that great, I would do a DNA test when the baby is born merely to put the whole question to rest (it's only fair to all people involved to know for sure).

My periods always come on the 9th and it was a regular period if that makes a difference .

When you say your periods always come on the 9th, do you mean that without fail, your period starts on the exact day of the calendar that says "9"?   This would mean you'd have to say your cycle was anywhere from 28 - 31 days long.  Usually there is more regularity than that.

Yes they start on the 9th of every month ..

So, you're saying in February, your cycle is always 28 days long.  In March, it is 31 days long.  In April, it is 30 days long, in May, it is 31 days long.  It knows when the calendar ends the month and begins accordingly?

Apparently if I said it get it the 9th of EVERY month then its exactly what I said. My periods never before or later than the NINETH ... understand now?

When I do conception calculators they rang from aug 16 - aug 29 .
