poop color

Hi.........My child is 5 years old.  He is very healthy,active and eating well.  Last year he had severe problems with the stomach due to worms and our doctor told me to give him 4 doses of "Nemocid" once in a week for a whole 1 month over a gap of 6 months.  He would bite his nails so frequent and I never had to cut his nails.   Last month he had Nemocid dosage and his motion was normal.  But now since 2 weeks he is passing his motion in green color and passing lots of gas from his mouth.  Can anybody help me in this? Does he have any infection?

Has he been drinking anything blue or purple?  Juices that color will make the bowel movement green.  I don't know why but it does.
