possitive test, but is it too early

Hi guys i took a test this morning and it shows possitive, I had a miscariage 4 weeks ago n was told by the doc that my hcg may still be high and show a false pregnancy. but the thing is im having signs to say that im pregnant i.e lower back aching, dizzyness, heartburn, stomach cramps, n sore breasts, i also feel that im pregnant. I cant get any help/advice from friends as they dont understand what its like.  CAN SOME1 PLEASE HELP ME.           THANKS.

DId you ever get your levels checked to make sure they were back to 0? I would think its probably another pregnancy, so you should go to the doctor to have a blood test done. I wish you the best.

The only way to know if this is a new pregnancy is to have your blood drawn and levels checked a couple of times to see if they are rising. It is very possible for you to get pregnant again so soon, it happened to me.

Hi!  I would get your blood checked because I took 12 weeks for my levels to go back to normal and got a positive pregnancy test for 2 and a half months. This is uncommon and I was over 13 weeks when I miscarried however, only way to really know if monitor your HCG levels with blood tests.  I wish you the best.

Most of your "symptoms" would not occur this early into a pregnancy (i.e. less than 4 weeks).

I had check up 2 weeks after miscariage and my HCG levels were 0. I got bloods being taken friday, i know that most of the symptoms will not occur till at least 6 weeks but i new i was pregnant at 5 weeks because i had the symptoms. and now im having the same sypmtoms at 4 weeks (i hope i am pregnant). I was told by a friend that on the 2nd pregnancy its possible to have symptoms early, im just really confused,. I took a test and it shows positive i understand it can be too early and could be a false positive but if my HCG levels were at 0, 2 weeks after miscariage, could it be a false reading. i want to get pregnant soo much its all i think about.
