pounding heart

my son was diagnosed with mvp when he was only
four years old.He is now fourteen,over the years we noticed that when he was growing he would have heart palpitations.He is nearly six foot tall,and he has been experiencing palpitations for nearly three weeks now.you can literally see his heart beating through his chest. should i be concerned? is there added stress to his heart? i can not seem to find any answers all the sites say the same thing it is a benign. should i have him see the cardiologist?

Even if you see a million websites that say it "could" be normal, only a physician can actually diagnose your son and say for sure what is happening.

A good place to start would be his regular doctor or pediatrician.  If they feel he needs to see a cardiologist, they will refer him to one.
