pregant?

I haven't had my period since Halloween and its almost Christmas. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests (2 from the Dollar Tree and 2 Target brand) all done first thing in the morning the last 3 days and this morning...all clearly negative. My husband and I haven't used any type of birth control in over a year, had one miscarriage last winter, nipples hurt, boobs tender, smells of food I usually eat make me nauseus, and I have clear egg-white-like discharge daily....any ideas of what is going on? I haven't bothered to schedule a doctor's appointment because my ob?gyn's office uses the pee tests from the Dollar Tree and NOT blood tests to determine pregnancy (yeah weird, but because of my insurance this is the only dr I can use within a 2hr radius of me).

Oh my period has always been on time, lasts 5 days, never had an irregular period!
