It's possible to have a period without ovulating (they're called anovulatory cycles) but impossible to get pregnant without ovulating. There are drugs you can be put on to regulate your cycles, which will probably make it easier to become pregnant. Good luck!

It is also possiable to ovulate with out having a period. You should try charting to see if you are ovulating or not. Fertilityfriend.com will explain how to do it.

So how is it that you can ovulate but not get a period, but can have a period without ovulating? If ovulation causes for a period, then how can you not have a period after ovulating unless your pregnant? I'm very confused...I had a test that said i ovulated (per GYN) and a month and a half later i havent gotten my period but have test after test telling me i'm not pregnant... I have signs of pregnancy...but am not..my GYN doesnt even know whats going on...WHAT DO I DO???
