Hi, please help me!!!. I just found out I'm pregnant but I'm worried. My last period was 08/23/08 and I had a colonoscopy done on 09/08/08 and an endoscopy done 09/22/08 and today is 09/27/08 . So I'm worried if the anesthesia is going to affect in anyway my baby. Also I discovered that I'm O+ and my husband O- blood type will that affect my pregnancy ? I'm 27 years old.
Don't panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia and talk to your doctor. I have had several friends have anesthesia for different things while pregnant- one had kidney stones and had to be put under, one had her gallbladder removed while pregnant and one had a doubleDouble-tussin dmmastectomyMastectomy Mastectomy - series while pregnant and all of them went on to deliver healthy kiddos who are now all over 1 and doing great. It may depend on what point in your pregnancy you have the anesthesia, etc. All of them knew they were pregnant so I don't know if that makes a difference. Talk to you your doc. and try to relax as you can't change it. Let us know what he/she has to say. Good luck.
Thank you, knowing that makes me feel a little better ! I'm waiting for tomorrow to talk to my doctor and find out what type of anesthesia it was, and what could happened.
Thank you I will let you know what the doctor says.

The anesthesia might be a different matter. Find out exactly what anesthesia was used, and talk to your doctor about it.
Thank you I will let you know what the doctor says.
