pregnancy ,tubaligation in older women

i am 47,i had a tubiligation right after my baby was born,18 years ago,ive missed my period last month,and my breasts are so sore,i have alot of indegestion,alot of cramping,and kinda nausious.my pants are more lose than before,is it possible at my age ,i could be pregnant?

Its possible, but unlikely.  I never say never!

Take a test, since you've missed a period.  If it is negative, test again in a few days to a week.  If still negative, you may want to consider seeing your OB/GYN.  

It could be perimenopause, too.  You're at that age, and many symptoms can be similar to pregnancy.

Take a test, and then get a good check up.
