pregnancy after ablation

pregnancy after ablation

My 23 year old daughter was diagnosed with PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian disease) when she was 16. As of last ultrasound (3 yrs ago) before she left Michigan for Arizona to go to film school, she had no cysts present. She has been married ans trying with no form of birth control for the last 3 years with no success.  I am going on 46 this year. I am physically able to carry a child but due to my ablation I had back in 2005 I am not sure what the odds. Haven't spoken to Dr. about it yet. My husband has been recently diagnosed with "early onset dementia" at age 48 and my daughter knows this means her father may not even know her in a few more years.  She very much wants to have her child / children so she can see the joy they will bring to "grandpa".  In the last 3 years I have been on estrogen and progesterone due to premenopausal symptoms. But also in the last year, my periods are coming heavier again and bright red blood. Before I might go 3-4 months no sign of any blood.  Thinking this is the endometrium growing back, I would have no hesitation carring a baby for my daughter.  Is there anyone who would like to give me POSITIVE advice??                       Thanks.
