pregnancy after iud

hi i have an iud for 3 years. i am planning to take out. please tell me, should i wait some time before trying to get pregnant? or my body is ready right-away

i got pregnant 4 weeks after i got my IUD taken out, but it depends, your body may need some time to get back to normal, but go ahead and try i dont see why not!

I got my IUD taken out in August and became pregnant in October but had a miscarriage and then got pregnant again in November and am now 30 weeks. You can get pregnant right away, especially if you have the one with no hormones. Baby dust!

My IUD , had the copper one, was taken out in August of 06 and i got my BFP in November right before thanksgiving. I am now 33 weeks pregnant with my little boy and could not be happier. My sister in law had the copper IUD in for 7 years and got pregnant with my nephew a month after having it removed. So it can happen fast! Good luck!
